My husband I need to find a home in Southern California at a
reasonable price. Now THERE'S a challenge! The prices are quite
shocking - that's why I'm seeking expert help. My husband is very
disabled, on oxygen and in a wheelchair, although he can still SLOWLY
walk up a couple of stairs to the door, so we don't need complete
wheelchair access. I have 3 jobs and we are putting 2 kids through
college, so that brings me to our BUDGET. It ain't much. Tops is
going to be about $240K. Anyway, here's what we need:
A single story home
2-car garage
No huge HOA fees
We have an in-home business, so we can't have a condo.
Pet friendly - we have a beagle.
We're not 55 yet.
Open floor plan - My husband is connected to a 50 ft oxygen tube 24/7.
Safe neighborhood.
Somewhere between Menifee and interstate 8.
Country or city is fine.
Manufactured homes are fine if we could BUY THE PROPERTY - space rent
not OK.
3-bedrooms (needed for in-home business)
My husband prefers NEWER homes - I would be OK with a YERT at this
point.
We need to move in early November. No time to wait until one is
built.
We really prefer NOT to be in the communities of Sun City, Hemet,
Perris, Beaumont or Lake Elsinore.

A tall order - yes? We'll probably end up in Phoenix!

Thanks! Patrice
