A forensic toxicologist I know tells me that there is no such remedy.
Anyone making such claims is trying to cheat you of your money.

Marijuana has a long half-life, meaning it stays in the system a long
time, regardless of what you try to do about it.  See this question:

Ecstasy has a shorter half-life, about six hours, so it disappears
from the body sooner. If you consume a small amount, a drug test might
not detect it several days later, but there's not really much of
