The fitting that I need is not a wye or a standard 45.It is a 45
degree elbow with a side outlet.I need it in 1 inch PVC. I have found
this fitting in a 90 degree configuration but not in a 45.

You mean a "wye" --
wow, mcmaster catalog doesn't have it.
