I would like to have this information made available in some format
that I am able to load it into an Excel spread sheet.

Number of monthly residential home sales for Concord, Manchester,
Nashua, Keene and Portsmouth for past 48 months totaled by month/city

Number of permits for new residential buildings for Concord, Manchester, Nashua,
Keene and Portsmouth for past 48 months totaled by month/city

Number of monthly mortgage loan defaults for Concord, Manchester, Nashua, Keene
and Portsmouth for past 48 months totaled by month/city

Number of monthly foreclosure sales for Concord, Manchester, Nashua, Keene and
Portsmouth for past 48 months totaled by month/city

I can only find home sales info for 3 months (Jan, Feb, Mar) in 2001. 
It looks like this (pardon the inevitable lack of clean formatting):
