Dear cyntlhiadiane-ga;
Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to answer your interesting
question. I found part of what you are looking for but not all of it
because, I suspect, it either was not published or has not been
published yet. Let me explain:
The 32nd Judicial Circuit Court is the Cape Giradeau, Bollinger and
Perry Counties jurisdiction, not Jackson County, so I thought you
might be looking for the 16th Judicial instead. While searching I
found that the criminal matter involving PAUL D. SPIELHAGEN had indeed
been transferred (presumably from a municipal or district court) to
the 16TH Judicial Circuit Court in Jackson County, Missouri where jury
trials most commonly occur.
Spielhagens initial arraignment (case # 0203-004911T) was held for
August 12, 2003 at 9:00 AM. Jackson Countys Circuit Court document is
no longer online but I found a cached copy of it through YAHOO!

Because of the date, August 12, 2003, it isnt likely that a jury
trial would have been held yet as these types of criminal matters
requiring a jury are often set off for as much as a month or more.
There is such a site as the one you requested where some information
about cases can be obtained:
MISSOURI CASENET
http://casenet.osca.state.mo.us/casenet/
I queried the database however and found no mention of the case, which
leads me to believe it may have been disposed or adjudicated. This
missing data from the database could indicate a number of things:
It is possible that the defendant failed to appear or absconded, which
would have cause the trial to be postponed indefinitely.
Or that the parties reached an out of court settlement or that the
charges were dropped entirely.
Or that the defendant entered a plea of guilty (you cannot be a FOUND
guilty at an arraignment, but you CAN enter a guilty plea and end the
whole matter right then and there) in which case the matter is now
closed and this would explain why it would not be appearing in the
Casenet database anymore. If this scenario happened the only way to
find out what transpire din court is to inquire with the court clerk.
It would be a matter of public record.
On the other hand, if he entered a plea of not guilty and demanded a
jury trial and the case has been reset to some time far into the
future (as some circuit courts sometimes do) it might not be appearing
in the database at this time, but might appear at some point in the
future. Check it again at various times just to make sure.
As a last resort I recommend you contact the Criminal Records Division
of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court and make your inquires there to see
if the matter is already over:
