I need two things:

1)a Realtor / Bar Association approved contract for Puerto Rico. 
Usually a states' Bar Association along with a state's Realtor
association comes up with a standard contract to be used by Realtors
for the sale and purchase of property in a given state.  I need a copy
of this sale contract for Puerto Rico.

2)Where can I go online to find all relevant tax and general property
appraiser information concerning a property in Puerto Rico (things
like address, last sale price, property taxes, folio number, lot and
block number, and all the things you need to identify the information
on a sales contract).  Specifically I am looking to identify a unit at
Condo Coral Beach, Isla Verde, PR00979.
