I'm wondering what the song is on the commercial for Hunter fans. It's
a woman singing (sounds like phoebe snow) and it shows an outside fan
turning on a porch.

I e-mailed the people at Hunter Fans for you about this, and the
following was their response:

"Thank you so much for your inquiry.
The commercial that you are referring to is for a Hampton Bay fan.
Hunter Fan and Hampton Bay are not affiliated.
I think the name of the song is Summer Breeze."

I was unable to find a website for Hampton Bay, or any verification
that this is indeed the song used in the commercial, but I did find
the lyrics to "Summer Breeze" which you can view here.. please let me
know if this is the song!

Hope this is what you wer elooking for! let me know if I can do
anything else for you!

If the song is "Summer Breeze," and the fan is from Hampton Bay, the
singer is indeed Phoebe Snow, according to this article:

Life is good again for Phoebe Snow, and that's saying a lot after more
than 25 years in the music business... She also kept plenty busy
singing commercial jingles.

"The longest-running one, for nine years, was General Foods
International Coffee, you know, 'Celebrate the moments of your life
...,' " she said. "I also did Stouffer's. 'Stouffer's, nothing comes
closer to home.' Then there's a ceiling fan one that runs for about
six weeks in the summer, Hampton Bay Fans, where I'm singing 'Summer
Breeze,' and I do one of the theme songs for the Animal Planet
channel."
