I apologize - in advance - in case the following comment covers
information you already know, as it is difficult to gauge the
knowledge/expertise level of those posting questions.
This comment is meant to provide you with a couple of pointers to get
you started on finding out the answer yourself, just in case you
didn't know about the SEC site. It is not meant to give you more than
a most cursory answer (as I'd expect to charge several hundred dollars
for a partial answer and a few thousand for a complete answer
(depending on what use you intended to put the data).
Organizational structure and organizational chart mean two very
different things -- at least to me. Organizational structure is all
about how a company divides itself up for reporting financial results-
for example, does it divide responsibility geographically, with all
operations in Europe reporting together, North America, etc., or does
it group together by product line, for example, all aerospace
subsidiaries reporting together, all automobile operations together,
even if they are located on different continents, etc.
Whereas, the organizational chart is all about who is who.
For a list of its officers and directors,
see page 69 of the following annual report
http://www.mandalayresortgroup.com/pdf_files/2003_annual_report_small.pdf
To start figuring out the organizational structure - that is - how are
financial results consolidated for reporting purposes, you can obtain
company information from the SEC web-site , for example to obtain 10-K
reports, go to
http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html
When it asks you for company name, type: Mandalay Resort Group
Depending on the information you seek, you would then bring up
different forms. The most useful for your purposes tend to be 10Ks
and 10Qs.
8Ks have press releases in case you just want a quick overview of
their business rather than look through their balance sheets.
