What do you mean by "latest"? Movies that are still in the theaters,
or movies that have recently been released on DVD and VHS?  Thanks.

I don't believe there exists a site where you can legally download
movies still in theaters. Now illegally on the other hand... well, we
can't help you with that I'm afraid!

I have done no research but, i'm fairly sure you won't find such a
thing.  If you're willing to risk the RIAA's rath, then there is
always Peer to Peer software such as Kazaa... But Kazaa isn't the way
to go...  http://www.kazaalitekpp.com/  KaZaA Lite AKA K++ is the
thing to use.  You can download (ever so illegally) camcorder and
ripped DVD movies.  I don't encourage this becuase of the recent crack
down on such things.
