Hi, 

I am running windows xp and my graphics card is a philips "Gx3D VGA"
could somebody please find the driver i need to properly run my
graphics card on windows xp.

My searches indicate that this is a legacy card and there
is evidence of poor support by Philips for this card.
There is a Windows 95/98 driver available at DriverGuide.com:

I don't believe that a driver for XP exists, and I would
personally be very reluctant to try the above driver on XP.
Do so at your own risk!!!

I would strongly suggest buying an inexpensive upgrade known
to be compatible with XP.

Philips bought out the graphics card company Promise around 7 years
ago.  Promise cards were really awful - buggy drivers, unstable
hardware.

But don't try using a 95/98 driver with XP.  NT driver might have a
chance working, but you're better off going to a flea market and
buying a $2 graphics card than wasting your time on this one.
