I have registered my idea for a baby product with the patent office. Now someone tells meI have to a patent search (aka give a lawyer $6,000) to make sure no one else has this idea patented. That's an insurmountable obstacle, and I'm not sure the product is patentable. That is, this product has never been produced but it's hardly unique, anymore than Kleenex is unique. Instead, would it be possible to find some kind of products agent who would act as go-between to sell the rights to my idea? |
