I browsed a checkout tabloid earlier this summer that said President Bush had a secret plan to land on the Moon. This plan had 1200 men setting up a permanent base. Probably TOTAL BS, but would like to reperuse to look for any grain of truth in said article. After all; according to rumour on "Coast to Coast" aliens have warned Savage Earthlings to stay off Luna until we are more civilized.
