I would like to refer you to Google's pricing guidelines at [

$15 question is under the category of less than 30 minutes work. It is
likely that a researcher attempting this question would take days if
not weeks to do an exhaustive search of every television station of
every country in the world. This also assumes that the researcher is
capable of speaking/understanding the language used in every country
in the world, which is highly unlikely. Basically, you've asked us to
do a search for information that would be difficult if not impossible
to find.

Perhaps you could limit your question to a specific number of
television stations in specific countries, and then reprice your
question accordingly? You may also want to consider breaking this down
into multiple questions.
