Is there any database or web site or even for-pay source you can
suggest that gives me detailed statistics on at-home and/or
consumer-purchased DNA
paternity testing? I can find a lot of sites that give state by state
legal guidelines for establishing paternity, but I'm having trouble
finding statistics on the size and acceptability in the U.S. for
at-home or on-site testing purchased with cash by the consumer, NOT
just the government-subsidized child support enforcement stats which
are kind of easy to find.
Do you also know where I can find free- or low-cost media-buying
resources (e.g. self-serve lookup databases for radio, TV, magazines
and newspapers, such as Newspapertest.com which I haven't yet used). I
am trying to put together an online/offline media plan for the largest
paternity testing laboratory in the world. I am trying to help them
break into the private, paid-for-by-the-consumer market. I already
know the best online campaign resource --
Google AdWords! but I have little offline media buying experience to
draw from and I can't yet afford to hire a Media Planner for offline
right now so I have to wing it! Can you help?
If I have under-bid the price for this answer please let me know. I
have a meeting with my client tomorrow afternoon 8/26 and it would be
great to supplement my findings with your extensive knowledge. Thanks! |
