I am looking for the "1984 Sentence Reform Act," specifically the
actual sentencing guidelines, and the associated Armed Career Criminal Act used
at that time.

Do you need the statutes and guidelines from 1984, currently, or some
other time? I'm assuming you mean 1984, since you say "at that time",
but I thought I should make sure.

Do you need online versions of these statutes and guidelines, or would
you be happy if a Researcher could direct you to them at a law
library? If a library is an option, let us know your general
location, so that we can direct you to an appropriate library.

I'm embarrassed to say, I missed the button and was answering in the
comments section. I need the most current Federal Sentencing
Guidelines and Armed Career Criminal Act in effect June 1994.

I located 1993 Guidelines. Know they exist but can't get my hands on
them and can't find corresponding A.C.C.A.

I need a link. I am unable to check out books from local Government
Depository. No Nevada Drivers License.

Thanks

Note to researchers: The Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984 was
enacted as Public Law 98-473.

Scott: The law was enacted in 1984. The sentence I'm researching was
June 1994 prior to the revision of 1994 in November. Just got in from
University Gov't Depository and found 1993 Guidelines which would
appear to have been most current. Coultn't check them out.

Would need ACCA Guidelines (not the Act)corresponding to 1993
Guidelines - both

Am championing a cause here.

Would prefer a link if possible. Am in Las Vegas but don't have
Nevada Drivers License; reason I couldn't check out books.
