What is the exact wording of the new rules on confidentiality and
wistle blowing adopted by the ABA on August 12, 2003?  [They are
possibly rules 1.6 and 1.13

Here is a news item stating that the new rules, as recommended by the
Task Force on Corporate Responsibility, were adopted:
