Good Day issia1347-ga,
As I do with all questions of this type, before I answer your question
I want to give a general disclaimer:
There are very few people in this world that KNOW Google's algorithm.
Us Google researchers are not included in that small group. This means
that my answer will be based on what the SEO (search engine
optimisation) community has learned about Google's ways, and not on
scientific information derived from the algorithm. There is a good
reason why the algorithm is secret, and why no one can just give a
magic answer that will work 100%.
Having a website of my own, I have observed the same phenomenon as
you: many of my own pages on the website that have a link to my
homepage do not appear anywhere on Google. Even some of the pages that
can be found on the search results do not show up as backlinks.
The portions of my website that do not show up on Google are usually
the ones I added more recently. I have observed that Google comes by
my website about once every week (an interval that will be different
for most websites) and looks for new content and changes. Even when my
new pages get added to the search results, most of them still do not
show up as backlinks. This is because backlinks have not been updated
for a while: many webmasters are reporting the same issue with their
websites. The backlink system appears to be a separate entity, and
many people in the webdesign community are eagerly awaiting an update
to the backlink database.
There are things that will prevent Google from spidering a website.
One of them is a session ID argument on web addresses. I am assuming
that because you generate the pages dynamically, you require the IDs.
Google does not take well to ID's at all. Infact, it will abandon any
links with an ID argument. I have heard of only one claim where a
website got indexed with session IDs turned on, and that is probably a
result of mirrored content elsewhere.
Your biggest obstacle right now are session IDs. Please note that a
session ID does not have to be identified via the "ID" characters.
Google does not care about those two characters. It is the structure
of such a design that is a problem, not the "wording". Changing your
ID arguments to something other then "ID" will not get you indexed.
That appears to be the main obstacle with the indexing of your web
site, and the lack of reference of backlinks is an issue of the
database simply not having been updated.
I hope this answers your question. I have answered a few other
questions dealing with improving ranking on Google. I have added
their location in my references section.
If you feel I have left any part of your question unanswered, or if my
answer does not make sense to you, please ask for a clarification
before rating my response.

SEARCH STRETEGY
Most of the information comes from my own experience, and my work in
the industry of webdesign and website promotion. "Knowing the id pf
id=" has been found by doing a Google search for:
"google"+"id"+"index"
A lot of my knowledge on the subject comes from being active in
webdesign forums like the "Webmaster Forum".
Thank you for the opportunity to answer your question. Best of luck
with your venture. You have a very professional looking website, and
now just need to make it a little more search engine friendly for
better indexing.
Regards,
