I'm looking for a list of the "top 10" opt-in e-mail newsletters for
the mobile telecoms market, with the main readership of telecoms
engineers. With the answer, I would like an idea of circulation (rough
is fine) and ideally contact details too.

By "top 10", I (think I) mean top circulation. However, if you come
across a "must read" with a smaller circulation, that's fine too. Any
kind of reviews which tell me which ones are worth reading will also
be well received.

Rest assured, your question is not rubbish, but neither was it easy. I
have tried to look for a top 10 list of opt-in newsletters, but with
no success. Looking for such within that specific field of mobile
telecoms made it a bit harder. It's even possible that no one bothered
to keep tabs on what're the hottest email newsletters. It's just the
basic difficulty of your question that kept it unanswered.
