I've been contacted by a pesticide-manufacturer asking about my
terms and conditions for using one or two of my digital photos on an
advertizing CD-ROM.

Since I have no clue what my "terms and conditions" are; I'd like to
ask the experts. The pictures are of a common weed. What is the
regular fee for this use? (Please focus on plant picture prices.) I
think a similar q has been answered before; it would be great if the
answer could include a link to this.

Check out http://www.shutterpoint.com/ for one example of how these
terms and conditions are handled. They offer pictures on a
royalty-free license basis and you could compare your pictures with
similar ones offered on the site for price comparisons.
