I can afford only $250,000 and wish to buy a single family home (minor
fixer upper O.K.) within approx. 120 miles of San Jose, CA. for
resale(1-2 years) only.  Question:  Knowing you are not a 'genie in a
bottle' with no guarantees, what area (county, city, town etc.) would
probably be best? Two or three choices would be fine.
