I have about 12,000 items in my "sent items" file.  I would like to
have all of the email addresses in my sent file added to my address
book where I will be exporting them into an excel file.  Is there an
easy way of getting these addresses from my "sent items" into my
address book?  I am using Outlook Express 5 and Windows 2000.

You can export from OE to Outlook, then
export from Outlook into a csv file.

Can you give that a stab or want exact steps?
