How do you increase your chances of getting pregnant? I am 35 and have
never tried to get pregnant before. How do you speed up the
process? Are there special techniques, foods or vitamins you can take?

I wonder if it might be worthwhile for you and your partner to take
some tests to check whether or not there are any medical reasons that
may inhibit conception.

Obviously, if there is any kind of medical condition then this would
need to be fixed.
