I'm looking for a site that if you enter in a Lat. and Long. it will
give you the nearest exact street address.

I doubt there is a find a tool that would covert coordinates to a
street address because not all coordinates have, or are near an
address (forests, oceans, deserts, non-residential areas, etc) as I'm
sure you are aware.

There are however some tools that will reveal the exact coordinates to
known street addresses, if this is of use to you.
