In my company, we mostly use Outlook 2000 (a few Outlook 2002 as
well). We want everyone to use a 20 minute time scale when viewing
calendars. This option is not available in the GUI when you do a
Customize Current View -> Other.

Is it possible to set this preference other than the menu above.
