Hi,

I am looking for a new bank. I currently bank with WAMU in the
States, and have my paychecks from overseas electronically transferred
to my account. Much to chagrin, I am charged for this. I am also
charged 3USD every time I use an overseas ATM.

Since I am in Europe for the duration, I would like to switch banks --
so, question is, which banks have a more international perspective and
lower/more reasonable fees?

Thanks,
vlad

Hi Vlad,

I won't post this as an answer, since I am not certain.

But, check with PayPal.com. If you get their credit card,
you might be able to draw money from it using ATMs in europe.

Incidentally, looooong, looong ago, I remember when I was
traveling, Bank of America had offices in most countries.

Check with them to see if you were to get a BofA Visa or
MasterCard, would you be able to draw money without fees?

Good luck
