5861-ga...

If it's new enough, I'd strongly suggest taking it back to the
store from which you bought it, and requesting a replacement.

Hi 5681-ga ~

When the rollers on a printer get too dry, they can feed improperly
and result in a paper jam. It sounds as if this might be your problem
here.

An old trick to help with this problem is to dampen the rollers with a
cotton swab, allow them time to absorb some of the moisture (and
thereby expand) then see if you can get a more even feed.

Good luck!
