my Lexmark X74,75 all in one has never feed the paper properly. it goes down on the right side first, and often jams after a few pages. i've used regular $6./ream paper and 412. a ream ink jet paper. same problem. ive tried a little paper, and full paper, same problem. how can i fix the paper to feed properly? |

5861-ga... If it's new enough, I'd strongly suggest taking it back to the store from which you bought it, and requesting a replacement. |

Hi 5681-ga ~ When the rollers on a printer get too dry, they can feed improperly and result in a paper jam. It sounds as if this might be your problem here. An old trick to help with this problem is to dampen the rollers with a cotton swab, allow them time to absorb some of the moisture (and thereby expand) then see if you can get a more even feed.
