Dear stevetur-ga
The video was filmed in one of the best examples of Victorian Gothic
Architecture in London - The Midland Grand Hotel, St. Pancras Station,
Euston Road, London.
Confirmation of this appears on a number of web sites.
"The Derelict Sensation is a single-day site-specific art event at the
former Midland Grand Hotel at St. Pancras Station. London" (..) "This
is a fantastic opportunity to explore the amazing building at St.
Pancras (where the Spice Girls filmed their Wannabe video!) before it
is re-developed into luxury flats next year. The building has been
painstakingly restored on the outside, but inside is still
semi-derelict which creates a surreal and eerie atmosphere."

A full guide to history of the hotel with photographs, and
confirmation that the Spice Girls filmed the video there, can be found

"the former Midland Grand Hotel before it is refurbished ready for the
opening of the CTRL. Contemporary light installations will be situated
in and around the grand staircase (where the Spice Girls filmed one of
their music videos)."
