audio cassette tape of a barking dog2

Request for Question Clarification by tutuzdad-ga on 29 Aug 2003 09:40 PDT
Are you looking for barking dog tapes to use as a means of scaring off
potential intruders or is there some significance to "barking dog2"
that we might not be aware of?

Also, will ANY tape of a barking dog do or are you looking for a kit
or a tape that has been prerecorded for just such a purpose?

Rather than have a continuously-barking dog on tape, which might annoy
the neighbours, I would suggest a device which barks when triggered by
the doorbell or someone approaching the house, eg
http://www.business-home-security.com/PK9.asp
http://www.youdoitsecurity.com/K9-dog.asp
http://www.reliablechimes.com/electronicdog.htm

The text on the first site says "The Barking Dog alarm comes with a
key chain remote that you can place next to the bed.  You hear
something at night ... simply push the button and ReX10 goes to work!"
