I have a few qustions below, I don't expect more than a couple of them
to be answered ...

Also, the figures may be globally and/or for:
- Australia and/or
- New Zealand and/or
- America and/or
- United Kingdom and/or

So, what I would like is some statistics on the number of tables (as
in pool/billiard) in public places.  More specifically:

- The number of new tables that go into pubs/clubs (etc) annually
- The percentage/number of these tables that are not owned by
pubs/clubs but rather owned and operated by deployers
- The number of tables in pubs/clubs currently
- The average number/percentage of tables in each pub/club

Any other info you dig up would be appreciated, as with any links you
can provide me with ...
