I uncovered the following information on Dr. Ruben Zamora, who was a
high ranking official of the FMLN ( Farabundo Marti National
Liberation Front), and connected with El Salvador in the 1980’s
(although I found information on him related to Guatemala as well):

I feel that I must dissent to my colleague's Research conclusions on
the matter, although it could be that omniscientbeing-ga had done

I do not believe that Omniscientbeing gave you the person you've been
looking for. I have researched this answer, and decided to leave it
open, since the name Ruben Zamora is quiet popular in Central America.
Even in the United States, there are dozens of "Ruben Zemora"s.

The person described in the answer does not fit your description. He
is a Political Science PhD (not a psychiatrist or a quantum
researcher); he usually resides in El Salvador (not in Guatemala); is
not a Jew, who originated from Spain, nor does he engage in Kabbalah;
and above all - his political past demonstrates a determination to
fight against oppression and dictatorship, and not involvement in
covert projects such as what is reportedly the MK Ultra Project.
