why can't I delete my email messages?  sometimes I get the msg 'this
message cannot be deleted' or else no message nor response when I hit
the big X or the delete key on my keyboard or using the right click
option?

Just a suggestion, but have you emptied your 'deleted' folder?

It would certainly help if you were to post the name and version
number of the software application you are using for email. Or, if you
do email with your Web browser on the site of your ISP, which ISP is
it and what version number of which Web browser are you using?

After all, if you were to call a car expert on your cell phone and ask
"Help! How do I turn on the headlights in this car?", isn't it
reasonable to expect that the car expert would respond by asking what
kind of car you're driving?
