Question ID: 250602
I'm looking for a long, reliable supplier of 60 amp 200 volt power
transistors or power MOSFETS. I will buy alot over time. If you can't
find a supplier for those precise ratings, find a supplier that sells
transistors or MOSFETS rated at least over 200 volts but no higher
than 500 volts, and at least over 60 amps but no higher than 120 amps.
Thanks.

Howdy acumen8,

Just so researchers are on the same page as you, are you looking
for 200V single N-Channel power MOSFETs?

Thanks! denco-ga

Howdy acumen8,

Here are 4 companies and 5 power MOSFETs that fit your
requirements. I was unable to find any power MOSFETs
that were exactly 60A, but the first one below, made
by Fairchild Semiconducter (one of the oldest as well
as largest electronics manufacturers) is the closest
at 65A. Vishay (further below) has a 65A MOSFET too.
