What is the company telephone number for Grand River Properties?  It
is a partnership based in the Los Angeles area (may not be in Los
Angeles itself).  It's a real estate partnership that purchases real
estate in Shanghai China.  The number needs to be a working business
number and not a home phone number unless the numbers are one in the
same.

A friend of mine would like to inquire about investing but can't find
their number anywhere.  I told him that I'd help him out.  One of the
founding partners is Shu Yin Lee.  Thank you!

Michigan and for a Grand River Properties Inc in Florida. Also, Shu
Yin Lee is referenced in Barrons (June 23, 2003), but with no further
information.

Thank you for the additional information and I appreciate your time
spent.  However, that information probably isn't what my friend is
looking for.

My friend found out about the company from the Barrons article as well
as an article in the Wall Street Journal recently.  He's pretty sure
it's located in the Los Angeles area because that is what the articles
said.

I would be very cautious about investing money in a company whose
telephone number is difficult to find.

properties development in China. Currently, Grand River has two
projects in Shanghai.

Target market: Foreigners working in China and rich Chinese. The
monthly rent of suite could reach as high as US$10,000.

Investor: One of earliest investors is Gerald White from Grace &
White.

I read the article from the August 29, 2003 edition of the Wall Street
Journal and Shu Yin Lee is indeed named as "a principal" in the
company.  So vitalmed-ga and fobchina-ga are correct.  I cannot
reproduce the article because I found it on my local library magazine
search which requires a password.
