Hello -
If you choose to rate this answer, I ask that you do so after asking
for any necessary clarification or information. Thanks for your
understanding.
There are a multitude of sources for where "power sellers" are buying
their products. Just like any other retailer or reseller, many of
these companies and individuals have arrangements with wholesalers
which enables them to purchase things at cost and mark them up.
Others have sources for factory seconds and refurbished items. Still
others use dropshipping tactics to eliminate warehousing and other
costs.
Resellers will typically have tax ID's in the state they are doing
business, which is generally a prerequisite for buying at wholesale.
Often, buying power is afforded to those companies that buy in bulk,
allowing for significant discounts. eBay is essentially like any
other reselling or retail media, except auction-style.
Here are some examples of wholesale resources:
Yahoo B2B Wholesalers

Wholesale411 - wholesale search directory

Dmoz

Different wholesalers have different criteria for becoming resellers.
Certain ones only accept buying in quantity.
To locate other sources, try some additional search strategies such as

jbf777,
thanks for the answer. Some links you provided are actally
paid-membership required. Did you happen to see any web sites that try
to connect resellers to dropshippers or wholeshalers? for example,
http://www.rs-kit.com/ looks like a good resource, however, it does
requires subscription.

BAO Link is really not a wholesaler or liqudator. It's very different
from http://www.rs-kit.com/ whose mission is "We are a service
dedicated to helping computer resellers find TRUE wholesale computer
companies to buy through". Are there any similar sites that don't
change a bulk? thanks,

Hi -
Not sure what you mean by "change a bulk?"
BAO Link is a massive database of wholesalers for all types of
different products. It's on the order of rs-kit.com, but is free, and
isn't exclusive to computer products.
