Hi ruthe,
After an extensive search, I have located 2 jewelry stores which were
found at Larchmont Farmer's Market. They were both at one time or
another members of the Larchmont Boulevard Association. One of them
was there until 2001. The other appears to be still operating at
Farmer's Market.

Unfortunately, neither of the stores I have located have a website so
it is difficult to tell if the owner's name is Devon. The only contact
information I have for both of these stores is a mailing address and
phone numbers.
