I would like a complete list of resources in the NYC area for
entreprenuers looking to open bar/night clubs.  This would include:
1.) Legal Advice
2.) Sample Business Plans and advice
3.) Financial Scenerios(Private investment vs. commercial loans, etc)
4.) Information about interior design, security, liquor wholesalers,
promoters, PR

-If possible
5.) Case studies of past openings
6.) List of night club/bar owners/managers in nyc
7.) Organizations of bar/club managers in the nyc area
8.) Any other helpful info

I am new to this area and need a good information to determine if a
potential investment is a good one.

Thank you for an interesting question. However, it may seem to you
like one question, but there are actually 8 (or even more) separate
issues here, each deserves careful Research. It could be, that one
researcher could give you advice regarding design, and another
regarding legal aspects (I hope you don't ask your designer for legal
advices and vice versa...) and this will make it impossible for one
Researcher to answer the question, as it is worded now.

Thus, I recommend you - if you are still interested in an answer - to
separate these questions to different postings, that will also
consider the effort it might take for an expert to achieve their
