This is a very good question. Samuel (or Samuil) Feinberg lived in the
USSR in the Soviet era and the music was most likely published by a
Russian music publisher (such as Moskva Musyka) in the 1960s. One nice
thing about music published in the USSR at this time is that much of
it is not protected by copyright (see
http://www.sheetmusicarchive.net/upload2.htm - PRE-1973 RUSSIAN SHEET
MUSIC IS IN PUBLIC DOMAIN). The difficult thing is that there are few
English-friendly sites for purchasing these publications from Russia.

There are Russian sites that offer free downloads of music from this
era, the largest being "The sheet-music library of Boris Tarakanov
-the biggest Russian sheet-music library"
(http://notes.tarakanov.net/), but unfortunately 1) it is in Russian
and 2) that particular piece is not there, though many other Bach
pieces are (I speak a little Russian).

One avenue you might try is Victor Kamkin Inc.
(http://www.kamkin.com/). While they specialise in importing Russian
books and records, they may be able to point you in the right
direction for sheet music.

Good luck!

I looked up the score in the catalogue of the Russian State Library
(http://www.rsl.ru/). It is listed as:

Бах, Иоганн Себастьян:
Largo из органной сонаты C-durОбраб. для ф.-п. С. Фейнберга
М. Л. Гос. муз. изд-во 1939
13 с.

This may help Victor Kamkin to locate and order the music for you. It
was published by Musika (in Moscow).

Unfortunately the cyrillic script didn't appear properly above.

If you can't see the Cyrillic characters and you're using IE 5.0 or
above, click on "view," then on "encoding," then on "more." Scroll
down and select "Cyrillic" for whatever OS you're using and you should
be able to see it.
