Hi csreech-ga,

After an extensive search, I found one software that does what you
want and is free. This software doesn't even have spyware in it.
However, the WMA conversion function does not come out of the box, so
you must follow these directions to be able to convert WMA into MP3.

First, download the software, called dbPowerAMP, at this address:
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm. Currently the CNet Link seems to
be down, but you can download from the mirror. After installing the
program, go to Codec Central at
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-wma.htm. Follow the three
steps on the page carefully to download the necessary codecs. Make
sure you install the codec at the same location that you installed the
software.

When you're done, run the program and you should be able to encode WMA
files into MP3s. I have tested this program and was successful at
converting one of my WMA files into MP3.

I hope that this software satisfies your needs. If anything is
unclear or does not work correctly, please request for clarification
before rating this answer.
