After numerous searches and inquiries, I received a few emails
regarding this request.

One from the "Radio Times" www.radiotimes.com sent this reply:
"Unfortunately there is no archive site for this sort of service. The
best you can do is contact the Colindale Newspaper Archive.
You can telephone them on 0207 412 7353 www.bl.uk  email:
newspaper@bl.uk"

Another, from "DigiGuide" http://www.digiguide.com replied:
"We can find out this information but there will be a charge I am
afraid. Please contact danp@gipsymedia.com if you would still like to
know this
information and how much it might cost.
I wrote back to them asking how much this request would cost, and
received this response: "This research will be charged at ?500 ex
vat."
