I need to find out words that look very impressive on a resume. A
“How-To” guide to resume is really not what I’m looking for, it can be
a supplement to your answer. I’m really interested in specific words
that look very impressive, thoughtful and noteworthy on a resume.

Words like:
-Leveraging
-Without compromising
-Methodology
-Implementation

This resume is for technical/managerial audience in a technical
environment. So, technology related useful/helpful words would also
be ok. But focus on words that would catch the eye of the person
"scanning" the resume.

If there are any more that you can look up, that would also be
appreciated. If not, then I can just mark the question as complete.

Thanks.

I've done some additional research on your word/phrase list and I was
wondering if you might share with me your qualifications in general.
You need not be specific with personal details, just general training
and such. Knowing your personal qualifications will serve to focus my
searches and, possibly, assist me in generating sample copy for your
specific needs.

Best regards,
journalist-ga

My colleagues, PinkFreud-ga and Mathtalk-ga, both excellent
Researchers, have offered their ideas as well. Pinkfreud-ga stated
that it may behoove you to not use too many buzz words as overuse
might hurt your chances as much as underuse.

Mathtalk-ga suggested these buzz words and phrases:
policy-based security measures
risk anticipation
timely delegating
resource estimate
performance optimization/systems tuning
benchmarking/test case regression
post-implementation assessments
systems architecture
troubleshooting
design goals
best practices
critical path analysis
domain expert
code walk-through
document (as a verb)
business logic
prioritization
requirements disambiguation
mentoring
quality implementation
managing client expectations

Others I thought of are:

project analyzation
project design/implementation
outsourcing management
primary focus

I hope these additional terms are of assistance.

Best regards,
journalist-ga
