What stores in the Tampa Bay area, {Tampa, Florida} carry dresses by
designer Spencer Alexis. They are not available at Nordstrom in Tampa.

Hello sdfl-ga,

My sister bought a mother-of-the-bride Spencer Alexis dress on eBay.
She had trouble finding something she liked in the local stores and
was very happy with her eBay experience. She looked wonderful at the
wedding.
