I've read "Fast Food Nation" by Eric Schlosser, and in it, the author
describes aromatic chemical factories in New Jersey that have
perfected the smell of a juicy hamburger or a nice grilled steak in a
test tube.  Where *I* can obtain a small vial of a realistic cooked
meat smell?
