I would like to know what methods are used to decide team rankings in
the league table for Belgium's Jupiler League.

I know the first method is points (3 for win, 1 for draw, 0 for loss).
I would like to know what methods are used if two teams have equal
points and any other methods beyond that.

Their ranking methods may change over time and I'd like to know the
methods for each season back to 1995/96.
