BRIEF BIOGRAPHY OF JOHN PATRICK MUNCY:

Jason Patrick Muncy was born in Louisville, Kentucky and attended
Centre College of Kentucky, (B.A., summa cum laude) where he graduated
Valedictorian in 1996. He is a 2000 graduate of the University of
Kentucky College of Law, (Juris Doctor) and was admitted to the Ohio
bar the same year. He is a member of the Cincinnati and American Bar
Associations, and the Order of the Coif honor society. In addition he
is a J. William Fulbright Scholar and Associate Editor of the Kentucky
Law Journal. Mr. Muncy’s responsibilities with Proctor and Gamble
include food and drug regulation; corporate and advertising law and
commercial contracts. As you might imagine he is only one member of a
large team of attorneys and legal associates providing counsel to
Proctor & Gamble. The other members of the legal team are (Name, Age
