Can and how do you obtain a copy of original (or the earliest
registered) floor plan of a residential building in North Sydney, NSW?
 We are attempting
to determine whether the place we're living in has a cellar/cavity
below the building or not, in an attempt to find the cause of some bad
odours, without digging or pulling up floorboards.  The owners are
overseas and couldn't give a damn about smells...
