What is the best way to appraise an e-commerce web site?  I am trying
to value a site that functions like eBay or this one;  that is, by
taking a percentage of a transaction.  The site has yet to turn a
profit, so the speculative nature of an investment must be taken into
consideration.

Who can tell me what such a site is worth?

I know about and use tipping.  Thank you.
