Hi there,

I've been buying domain names for years, and feel a touch of
embarassment when I tell anyone I was originally paying Network
Soultions $35 per year. Nowadays there are a few selling them for
under $10...

Register Fly
http://www.registerfly.com
$9.99 / transfers $7.99

Domain 777
http://www.domain777.com/
$9.95 or &7.77 in bulk

Clever Dot
http://www.domain777.com/
$7.77

Bargain Name
http://www.bargainname.com/
$8.95/yr for two or more years and $9.95 for one year. $8.95 transfer.

Power Pipe
http://powerpipe.com/
$7.99

Go Daddy
http://www.godaddy.com
$8.95 / transfers $7.75

I use GoDaddy and RegisterFly regularly and recommend both of them.

Best wishes,
robertskelton-ga

Could you let me know what ICANN charges the registrars as a base fee?
I already have 10 domains on GoDaddy.

Hi again,

The base fee is $6:

5. FEES
5,1. Registration Fees
(a) Registrar agrees to pay VGRS the non-refundable amounts of US$ 6
for each annual increment of an initial domain name registration and
US$ 6 for each annual increment of an initial domain name
re-registration (collectively, the "Registration Fees") registered by
the Registrar through the System.
