As you requested, I will get right to the point.

"Lemmy" was born as Ian Fraiser Kilmister on December 24, 1945 in
Staffordshire, England.

This information is contained in the "artist" entry for Motorhead at
the website of the authoritative All Music Guide. To access this and
more information about Lemmy and Motorhead, go to this linked page and
insert "Motorhead" in the search box:
All Music Guide
http://www.allmusic.com/

The information is confirmed at this link to basic biographical data
on Lemmy:
The Jam 2: Lemmy Kilmister
http://www.thejam2.com/two/bios.php?artist=lemmy_kilmister

Search Strategy:

As usual with questions about popular music and musicians, I began by
searching the All Music Guide (linked above), an extremely useful
resource for such information.

In order to confirm the information, I conducted the following two
Google searches:

lemmy motorhead
://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&q=lemmy+motorhead

"lemmy kilmister" "real name"

I am confident that this is the exact information you are seeking,
and I am pleased to have able to provide it to you so promptly.

If anything is unclear, please ask for clarification before rating the
answer.
