When it comes to improving the taste of one's semen, it depends on who
you ask. Some folks claim that *nothing* will change the taste, while
others offer many suggestions that they say help. Though there are no
scientific studies to indicate the effectiveness one way or another,
anecdotal evidence abounds.
Some things to try:
-- cut back on dairy foods
-- don't smoke
-- cut back on your alcohol consumption
-- avoid foods like broccoli, cauliflower and asparagus the day before
and the day of your planned carnal indulgence. All of these foods are
said to make your semen taste bitter. If the effect they have on the
smell of one's urine is any indication...yeah...give these a miss.
-- if you eat a lot of red meat, cut back a bit.
-- eat more raw fruits and vegetables, particularly celery, kiwi,
pineapple, citrus fruits and watermelon.
-- drink pineapple juice the day before and the day of your planned
indulgence. If you're a spontaneous fella, drink it every day. (Nice
little benefit for you, too - pineapple juice is high in vitamin C!)
-- drink LOTS of water! This is vitally important! When you don't
drink enough water (at least 8 10 ounce glasses a day), fluids such as
urine and semen will concentrate in order to help stave off
dehydration. Have you ever gone an entire day without drinking water?
Notice how difficult it is to urinate when you do that? And how foul
it can smell? Now imagine that same effect on semen. Not. Pleasant.
So drink your water!
