Hello.

It seems that the DAR have stored past membership applications on
microfilm.

"The DAR Library... maintains the membership applications of those who
have joined the Daughters of the American Revolution. Each member's
application shows how they are descended from a Revolutionary War
patriot and includes the sources that the person used to prove their
descendancy. For a small fee, any member or potential member can
request a copy of the application of a deceased ancestor."

"The Seimes Microfilm Center serves as the depository for NSDAR
applications"

How to obtain copies:

"Application papers of active, deceased, resigned, or dropped DAR
members may be requested from the Office of Registrar General, Record
Copy, for a fee of $10.00, check payable to Treasurer General, NSDAR."

I hope this helps. Good luck!
Reason this answer was rejected by bob12-ga:
I could not find an answer. The question I asked was not the same as
you stated. My question was: where can I find my grandmother's linage
records? She was a charter member of Fort McKinny chapter in Wyoming
which no longer exists.
